• Contributed talk submissions: April 7^th
• Post-deadline poster submissions: June 1^st

The acceptance of abstract and selection of contributed talks will be informed by April 27^th

REGISTRATION FEE AND DEADLINES

* A copy of valid Student Card must be uploaded in the on-line platform directly (pdf format is required) during the registration process.

Conference registration fee includes:

• Admission to all sessions
• Final programme and abstract book online
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks, poster sessions snacks
• Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner

Accompanying Person fee includes:

• Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.

Cancellation and refunds:

• Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to e-mail: contact@egas57.org
• For cancellations received by 15 May 2026, a full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted.
• For cancellations received by 1 June 2026, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as a penalty.
• No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 1 June 2026
• Should you have any special request regarding the invoice, kindly let us know while submitting your application.
